Break 2 eggs in a bowl and all the ingredients except butter

Whisk well

Heat a tbsp of butter and start toasting the buns which are halved. Sprinkle herbs and add more butter while toasting. Remove and keep on a plate.

Heat a tbsp of butter in a pan. Pour the egg mixture. Let it cook fir 2 minutes on one side on medium flame then flip and cook. Remove on a plate and cut in 4 portions.

Stuff one portion each in every bun. A delicious,quick healthy breakfast to warm yourself is ready. Enjoy with a dash of sauce.
