Season both sides of pork with salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder. Then cook with desired method: grill, roast, sauté, etc.

In a measuring cup or bowl add honey, ginger, lime juice, pepper flakes and aminos. Mix well. The sauce can be used as is. Or like I did, simmered and reduced down some. Serve sauce atop pork.
