To make the filling, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and sauté the onions for a few minutes. Add the beef, salt, and spices, and cook until the beef is done. Stir in the walnuts and set aside to cool.

Sprinkle the bulgur with about 1/2 cup water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add the salt and spices, and knead well until the bulgur softens. Add the finely ground beef and knead until fully combined.

Shape the kibbeh by forming hollow shells in the traditional way and fill them with the meat mixture.

Fry the kibbeh in hot, deep oil until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
