For d amala: sieve d powder and add little water into it to make a smooth paste

Boil water in a pot and remove some and kept aside,

Pour d amala paste into d remaining water and start turning until consistency smooth,, add d olredy kept water if its not enough

Add small water and leave for 10 minutes under low heat

Serve when its done

For d ogbono soup: put d pot on heat and add red oil, jajjage and spring onion

Fry well and add spices and seasoning

Add cooked cowtail, or u can use stock meat or stock fish if u wish

Add little water and leave to boil.. add d ogbono and stirr well

Cook for 10 minutes and serve
