Wash the methi leaves and Chop the leaves

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds,str well add onion and green chilli. Saute

Add potatoes mix all str well saute 4-5 min

Add tomato and saute everything.

Add salt, red mirchi pwder, garam masala, dhaniya pwder, haldi pwder mix them well.

Add methi leaves and mix everything. Nw cover the pan with lid.for 5-10 minutes till the potatoes are soft & cooked and the water from the methi leaves has dried out..

Aloo methi sabzi is ready.
