Shredded Cabbage and Halloumi Open Sandwich

Mince the onion and fry until brown and then add the garlic

Pull the onion and garlic to the side of the pan to make room for the fairly thin slices of halloumi

When browned on both sides add the shredded cabbage and half an inch of water along with half a teaspoon of sweet white miso of you have it handy

As it begins to boil dry add the Raz Al Hanout or other spices, stir so that it doesn't stick too much. Add a dab of oil and pepper to taste if needed

Fry until it starts to brown at the edges

Serve on good bread
