  2. 1-2Green chilies-
  3. As neededCurd Curry or plain curd –
  4. as neededPickle – of your choice
  5. 2Shallots –
  6. As neededMashed tapioca-
  7. As neededCoconut chutney-
  8. To tasteSalt –
  9. As neededCold water-

Steps

  1. 1

    In a claypot, add the leftover rice with 1 cup of water and leave it soaked overnight at room temperature. The next day, serve the gruel in a bowl with salt, coconut chutney, shallots, pickle, curd curry, green chilies, and a generous scoop of mashed tapioca. Enjoy!
