Enjoy your morning breakfast with this tasty health and energy resourced shakarkand / sweet potatoes ki sabzi with soft phulka or rotis.
Steps

Heat oil in a pressure pan. Splutter the mustard seeds. Add cumin

Saute chopped onions till transparent
- 3
Add chopped tomatoes.Add the salt and spice powders.

Cover and cook till mushy

Add peeled and chopped sweet potatoes.Mix well. Pressure cook for 1 whistle.

Cool and uncover,add water and simmer for 5 minutes. Check for seasoning. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with phulkas or Roti's. Yummy.
