10medium size potatoes
2 tbswhite vinegar
1 tspturmeric powdwr
1 tspgaram masala
Salt
1/2 tspDried rosemary
4 tbsOil

Peel, wash and slice potatoes

Mix all the spices with oil and vinegar

Add potatoes to the spice mixture and mix with hands. Line baking tray with foil and place potatoes

Bake at 180°c for 45 min or until cooked. Serve
