Boil yam and pound or blend make balls of it and set aside.

Cook the chicken and stockfish season with salt,onion and seasoning cubes.add more water to it asvis boiling add the balls of yam

After few mins it will thicken add crayfish,pepper,salt,dry fish,uda voil very well
- 4
Slice in uziza leaves is set
