Steps

Peel the shalgam and take a cooker add shalgam,salt,red chilli powder,water and boil it.

Take a pan heat oil add zeera and crackle it.

Now add garlic ginger paste,onions,peas,tomatoes amd saute untill it get light brown.

Add spices acc to taste and cook for 2 mins.

Add boiled shalgam in it and saute.

It's ready now serve it hot.
