Using a frying pan add the oil heat up then the chopped onions. Next the Garlic crushed cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

In a baking tray add all the veg and Beans spread out on the tray. Not the Avovado. Add the basil sprinkle all over. Add salt and pepper.

Pour the onions over the veg and bean mix. Add the Avocado chopped all over spread evenly. Then the mixed Peppers spread evenly. Then add the lemon juice spread over.

Spray or spread over the tbls olive oil.add to a preheated oven 200C just for 10-15 minutes.

Serve as your main meal or as a Side dish.
