Steps

Separate the eggs.whisk the whites until peaks form.tip into a bowl put in fridge until needed

Put butter & sugar into mixing bowl.mix until pale and fluffy.add the egg Yolks & mix well.use the whisked egg white which was put into fridge add too mixture.this will make the mixture nice and frothy.

Sieve the flour & baking powder into the mixture.mix well.turn the mixer too full.the mix should look off white colour.add the mix and mix for a further couple of minutes. I used small moulds too this I added small amount of jam.put into middle shelf of oven 180 c for around 12 minutes.
