Steps

Peel off beetroot and cut into big pieces then boil for 5 minutes

Grind these pieces to make Puree

In a big plate take wheat flour mix 2 spoon ghee, salt, termeric powder, red chilli powder and beetroot Puree

Make dough and keep it for 10 mins

After 10 mins take some oil in hand make dough smooth and cuts it's lemon size balls
- 6
Make your favorite shapes parathe by rolling dough balls and cook on tawa like a paratha
