2big size potatoes
1 tbspchilli flakes
pinch salt
as requiredOil for deep fry

Wash the potatoes and cut them in long strips and put them in water for 10 minutes.

Take out the water and put it on a kitchen napkin
3

Now heat the oil in a pan And fry the potatoes until they are golden on medium flame.

Add salt and chilli flakes & serve with sauce.
