Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

Add water bit by bit to form a soft dough knead very well for about 15 mins cover and allow it to raise for 45mins-1 hour

Divide the dough into six and make a ball

Grease pan and arrange the dough into the pan egg wash it and sprinkle black seeds or sesame seeds..

Bake with low heat and until golden brown..brush with melted butter to make it shiny
