Ingredients

  1. 250 gm white chole
  2. 1 tbsp salt
  3. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  4. 1/3 tbsp Black pepper
  5. 5 tbsp Refined oil
  6. 50 gmcoriander chopped
  7. 1/4 tbsp Baking soda
  8. 2 Onion
  9. 2 Tomato
  10. few cloves Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water and baking soda in white chole.

  2. 2

    Leave it for one night.

  3. 3

    After one night properly wash it.

  4. 4

    Then boil it for 25-30 minute

  5. 5

    Chopped Tomato,onion,Garlic.

  6. 6

    Fry the chopped garlic,then onion and last tomato and spices in refiend oil

  7. 7

    Fried it untill refind oil come at top.

  8. 8

    Then add boiled chole.

  9. 9

    Leave it on steam for 5-10 minute.

  10. 10

    Dress up it with corriender.

  11. 11

    Delicious chole is ready.
