Classic deviled egg recipes seem mostly designed to hide their main ingredient. If I've got a good batch of eggs, adding a bunch of mayo and pickles doesn't really do them justice. This recipe is still a work in progress. I'll make some adjustments over time. If you give it a try, you should feel free to adjust the ingredient amounts to your liking.

I made these for a Kentucky Derby get together. They disappeared so fast I barely had time to take a picture. Big hit!

Classic deviled Eggs with a healthy Twist. There is so much to say about the benefits of turmeric. Personally I make sure to sprinkle this wonderful spice everywhere I can. Well, on eggs I did and it came out grand!

These are just simple deviled eggs. Never had a written recipe always went off taste. Another one I learned from my mom. And ever since mom and dad had chickens, and we have had fresh eggs they are even better. I do half with pickles and half with olives. No need to add salt the !mustard pickles and/or olives gives it plenty of salt.
