Ingredients

  • 1 packetwheat aata noodles
  • 1/2 cupbean
  • 1/2 cupcarrot
  • 1/2 cuppeaa
  • 1small medium size onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 4 tablespoontomato sauce
  • as neededFor noodles dressing cucumber and carrot slices

  1. 1

    Boil the vegetables.and drain the water.in another pan heat 1tsp of oil fry all the chopped vegetables,like b carrot, bean,peas,chopped onion,cabbage,add a very little amount of salt and fry for 5 minutes or till it's become soft. Add 1cup of water let it be boil.

    Next add noodles directly and add half cup of water. Mix noodles masala and let it boil for a min till it's well cooked. Pour tomato sauce and mixed it for a while. Switch off the flame. And serve it in the plate.

    Garnish it with cucumber, carrot and onion,slices.
