    Wash,spice and cook your chicken parts with dry pepper.

    Then start to chop your veggies down, with onion

    Then add your village Palm oil to the cooking pot.stir well and leave for 10to 15mins. Add your uziza on TOP. So sorry I forgot to take this pix.
