Neer Dosa is one of the most tastiest and easiest dosa recipes of southern Breakfast cuisines which is a celebration of the nectar of all southern cuisines: the tender coconut! Strain and grind the soaked rice with coconut water and pulp till you get a smooth mixture

Add salt and again grind for 2 minutes Add more water till you get a flowing consistency.

Transfer to a bowl and heat a nonstick pan or griddle made of thick cast iron.

Wipe the pan with a cloth dipped in oil. Pour 2 ladles of batter on the hot tawa. Do not spread with laddle but swirl the mixture by holding the handle of pan and moving it in round motion.

When the edge of dosa leaves the sides, gently lift it up by hand and place in a serving plate. Make all dosas in similar way. Wipe the griddle with oil dipped cloth before each application.

To prepare chutney, grind together all the ingredients rill smooth. You can season the mixture with a tadka of coconut oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Prepare the sweet relish by mixing all the ingredients with a spoon for 1 minute till combined well.

Serve the Neer Dosas hot with coconut chutney and sweet coconut relish and enjoy.
