Ingredients

  • 8 cupsflour
  • 500 gbutter
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1egg for egg wash
  • Nut meg
  • Cinannon
  • For the fillings
  • 4Carrots
  • 4Irish potatoes
  • 1big Green bell pepper
  • 1/2 handfulSpring onion
  • PinchCurry
  • 2 cubesKnorr
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonKitch glory spice
  • Vegetable oil for frying sauce
  • Fresh red pepper(roughly pound)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dize your meat in the tiniest size you can think of or grind in a grinding machine
    slize your, carrot,green pepper,potato and set each aside separately,in a pot,heat up your oil add Add spring onions,add the green pepper,red pepper,carrots,salt,knorr cubes,kitchen glory,abd pour the meat to cook awhile then add the diced irish potatoes and the curry,then allow to boil and mix your flour in a bowl and add into the pot and stir over stir and keep in the freezer.

    For the dough
    Mix flour,sugar,cinnamon,baking powder,nutmeg,butter,egg together and add water to make it up.

    Get a rolling pin and cut small of the dough dust and your clean surface with plaun flour and roll over the dough till is flat then get your already prepared sauceand insert,cover and use knife to shape that is if your dont have meatpie cutter repeat process till done.egg wash the prepared dough.
