Wash and soak whole green gram for 6 hours.

Now drain water and tie in cotton cloth for next 6 hours.

Sprouts will come out.

Boil sprouts with 1/2 cup of water along with salt.

When sprouts become soft turn off the gas.

Drain extra water of sprouts.

Mess and add all spices.

Take 1 slice of brown bread.

Spread sprouts stuffing over it.

Cover it with another bread.

Cook it in sandwich maker.

Serve with sauce or green chutney.
