Mix all the ingredients of bhakhri except water and mix well then add some water as required and make a stif dough

Take a wok put some oil then add onions, capsicum, carrots, garlic and saute till it became soft then add tomatoes and saute till it became soft add salt oregano chilli flakes to taste.

Now take a portion of the dough and make thick bhakhri.

Take a pan and half cook bhakhri from both the sides now again turn on one side and cook in slow flame untill it became crispy then turn on other side and put pizza sauce and toppings on crispier side, then put cheese and cover it and cook in slow flame untill cheese melts or other side also became crispy.
