Gyoza filling: mix minced cabbage, meat, garlic and spring onion

Gyoza skin: mix flour and water, and train the dough until it feels like gyoza skin

Make gyoza! fold beautifully.

Pan fried them! And, serve!

Side with some shoyu for dipping and sake for drinking.
