  • Salt

  • Halfripe plantain
  • Ugba

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the pepper roughly,bleach palmoil fry the pepper,add onion salt,ugba stir and bring down from heat.

  2. 2

    Peel and place plantain or the heated coal to roast after 5minutes turn and let it roast for another 5mins
