Keep soda and hot oil aside and make the mixture of all for dhokhla batter with 1 cup water

In pan or cooker keep water for boiling. Now keep ready oil greased plate or dhokla stand plates

Now add soda and hot oil and mix fast and pour the mixture in greased plate

Cook it till toothpick comes clean

For tempering- keep small pan on medium flame, add oil and give tadka with seeds, curry leaves and chilies

Now add water, sugar and salt and heat little

Pour this mixture on dhokala, garnish with coriander
