5-6brinjal
2 tbspoil for cooking
to tastesalt
1/2 tspchilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/2 tspdhania powder (coriander)
1 tsp eachcumin seed and ajwain powder

Take brinjals and make a cut on it for filling.

Now put all spices into it.

Take kadahi put oil into it and heat it.

Now add brinjal and fry them.

Fry till soften and then serve.
