Ingredients

  • 5-6brinjal
  • 2 tbspoil for cooking
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspdhania powder (coriander)
  • 1 tsp eachcumin seed and ajwain powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take brinjals and make a cut on it for filling.

  2. 2

    Now put all spices into it.

  3. 3

    Take kadahi put oil into it and heat it.

  4. 4

    Now add brinjal and fry them.

  5. 5

    Fry till soften and then serve.
