1/4 cupMini chocolate chips

4 tbspMilk
1 tspVanilla extract
2 tspCocoa powder
2 tspBrown sugar

Cut the crust from each bread slice and flatten it out using a rolling pin. Place the mini marshmallows and the chocolate chips inside towards one end of the slice of bread. Roll the bread up tightly. Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and 1 tsp of cocoa powder. Mix well and keep it aside. In a plate, add the brown sugar and the remaining cocoa powder and mix well. Keep it aside.

Heat a pan and melt the butter. Dip each French toast roll-up in the chocolate egg mixture, coating well on all sides, and gently place it into the pan. Repeat the process with the remaining roll-ups. Cook them until golden brown on all sides, turning them occasionally. Once the roll-ups are cooked, immediately transfer them into the chocolate-sugar mixture until completely coated in sugar. Serve the French toast roll-ups with a cup of hot chocolate!
