Ingredients

  • 1 bowlboiled roasted moong daal
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1-2red chilli whole
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1.5 tbspcumin-coriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and saute well

  3. 3

    Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and pour the boiled dal

  5. 5

    Adjust salt and sugar and it is ready
