In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Whisk the egg, milk, mashed banana, pecan pieces, and melted butter. Combine this mixture with the dry ingredients until combined well. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and carefully rub oil.

Once hot, pour 1/4 cup of the batter to the pan and cook the pancakes, flipping them when they are golden brown on the edges and little bubbles form on the pancakes. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Stack them and serve topped with freshly sliced bananas & pecans.
