Wash the palak leaves and chop the leaves

Heat the oil in a pan.add the cusmin seeds and onion and green chilli and salt.

Add potato mix it well

Add tomato and all material mix it well.

Add salt,red chill, dhaniya powder,haldi powder, mix it well.

Add methi leaves and mix all material.now cover the pan 10/15 min.till potatoes soft and cooked and the water from palak leaves has dried out.

And now aloo palak subji is ready.
