This is the classic recipe we make at home, and it always turns out delicious.

Place all the chopped vegetables in a skillet and sauté until cooked.

In a bowl, crumble the bread and add the milk to moisten. Let it soak.

In a large bowl, add the fresh ground meat and the sautéed vegetables. Mix well.

Add salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Then add the soaked bread and mix thoroughly. Once everything is combined, add the three eggs and mix until you have a smooth, even mixture.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of the meat mixture. Place the three hard-boiled eggs and olives on top as desired. Cover with more meat mixture, shaping it into a loaf.

Bake at medium heat for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked.

Serve with boiled potatoes.
