Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsprouted green Gram
  2. 1/2 cupsprouted Chickpeas
  3. 1/2 cupsprouted green Chickpeas
  4. 1/2 cupsprouted Peanuts
  5. 1 cupchopped onion
  6. 1/2 cupchopped beans
  7. 1/2 cupchopped carrot
  8. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  9. 4sliced green chillies
  10. 2 Cuprice
  11. 1 cupoil
  12. 4cloves
  13. 1 inchcinnamon
  14. 1bay leaf
  15. 1 tspcumin seeds
  16. 1cardamom
  17. 2 tspgaram masala
  18. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  19. 2 tspGhee
  20. as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pressure cooker add oil add cumin seeds, cloves,cinnamon,cardamom,bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, onion saute for few minutes add sprouted whole Lentil, green peas, carrot,beans saute for few minutes add salt, garam masala mix well add water allow to boil. Close the lid cook till 2 whistle blower.

    Allow to cool down, open the lid add Ghee and mix well. Serve hot with tomato onion Raitha. Enjoy healthy sprouted whole lentil Pulav.
