Dudhi muthiya (Bottle gourds muthiya)

Method : Peel bottle gourd wash and grate. Take one bowl add grated bottle gourd add jowar,wheat flours, besan jeera, ajwain, Til, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, sugar, 1 lemon juice, red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida,salt. Now mix all the ingredients well if required add water carefully because bottle guard released water. knead the dough.

Now make rolls from the dough. Keep in a greased thali and steam for 20 to 25 minutes on medium to high flame.

After cooling the roll up to room temperature cut into the pieces.

Put one pan on flame add little oil and roast the muthiya make it crisp from outside.

Now take one tadka pan add oil mustard seeds curry leaves and asafoetida and prepared tadka and pour on muthiya. Sprinkle some coriander leaves. Serve with hot tea.
