Steps

Take a kadai and heat the ghee in the kadai and put the mashed potatoes in it. Stir it continuously.

Add milk in the kadai When the potatoes start loosing the ghee.

When the mixture gets thickened add sugar in it and mix it well. When the halwa start loosing the kadai add cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix it well.

Garnish with dry fruits.
