Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3/4 cuprice
  • 1/4 cupmoong daal
  • 1aloo diced
  • small piece of carrot chopped
  • handfulmatar
  • handfulspinach
  • 3slited chillies
  • piecesginger grated
  • 1red chilli whole
  • pinchred chilli
  • 3 tbspghee
  • salt accordingly
  • pinchhaldi
  • 1 tspjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash dal and rice

    Put cooker on gas. add ginger, jeera and red chilli.add all vegetables and chilli after 10 min add rice and daal.

    Add 2 cups water, salt, haldi and chilli powder. Take 2 wishtels. Cool it and serve hot.
