Firstly soak poha in water just about 3-4 minutes then using a strainer, drain all the water from the poha

Take a medium size bowl add poha cabbage,chopped chillies,onion,spring onion, salt,

Mix all ingredients properly, prepare small round balls from the dough

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them,on medium flame until they turn golden-crisp

Dissolve cornflour in water

Heat oil into a pan add ginger, garlic,cabbage, and saute for 1 minute,add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, cornflour mix and salt

Add fried manchurian balls and spring onion, toss and cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes

Poha manchurian is redy to serve it serve hot and garnished with spring onions
