Take onion and green chillies. Grind into a fine paste. Mix all the ingredients listed above and using little water at a time prepare a pouring consistency batter.

Heat a non stick Tawa.pour a ladle full of batter and spread it like Dosa. Flip and cook it from both sides.

Serve hot with chutney and tomato ketchup
