Ingredients

3 cupsself rising flour
1 cupsugar
1 cupmilk
3eggs
11/2 cupscooking oil
1/2 cupcocoa
1 tspstrawberry essence

Steps

Sieve flour and cocoa then set aside

Beat eggs and mix with oil and sugar,add strawberry essence and whisk
3

Fold in flour in as you add milk till all the flour is in
4

Pour batter into greased baking tin and bake till when skewer comes Clean from the middle
5

Decorate or serve plain
