As we know veggies are beneficial to our health but todays many of us specially children do not want to eat vegetables .So we should try to such recipes which are tasty but healthy. My recipe veggie Chapati rolls not only delicious but healthy too

In a pan heat 1tsp oil and add veggies.mix well. Saute the veggies until soften.add paneer. Transfer these into a bowl and mix sauce, mayonnaise, pepper and salt.Mix well.Keep aside.

Now in a bowl add flour, salt and oil. mix well and knead it with required water. Make a soft dough like roti dough. Cover& leave it for 10 minutes.

Now divide the dough into equal portions of desired size. If you want chapti bites then make small size.

Now make thin roti.

Heat a non-stick tawa and place roti on it.spread some oil around it and cook both sides like paratha.You will see golden blisters on it. Take out in a plate. Make all rotis this way.

Now take a single roti/ paratha and spread some mayonnaise then place some stuffing in the centre and roll it.

You can wrap it with wrapping paper or butter paper or can hold with the toothpick. Serve with Chutney or sauce.
