Cream sugar n butter till light n fuffy

Add one egg at a time as you beat

Add essence

Sift in flour in fold inn batches as u add milk spoon bit by bit carefully.

Pour into prepared tins I used 3 tins n divided the batter equally

Bake at 170 degrees for 25-30 or until a skewer comes out clean

The final product. Decorated with chocolate ganache n garnished with chocolate both dark n white and grape's

Decorated with whipping cream n fondant flowers n sprinkles.

The elephant decoration didn't come out so well but it was a good trial
