Ingredients

  • 1cauliflower
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1capsicum sliced
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspoil
  • to tasteSalt and black pepper
  • to tasteTomato ketchup
  • Chilli sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix salt and cornflour in florets and deep fry in hot oil

  2. 2

    Heat oil saute ginger,garlic

  3. 3

    Saute onion,capsicum on high flame

  4. 4

    Add both sauce and cornflour mix,salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Add florets and give a nice stir and serve
