Ingredients

  • 6eggs(bolied)
  • 1onion
  • 1 tspginger/ garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1tomato pureed
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2cumin powder
  • 3/4paprika
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • Chopped dhania
  • 3/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1 packettortilla wraps(store bought)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the boiled eggs

  2. 2

    In a pan add oil. Then the onions. When brown add the tomato

  3. 3

    Now add all the masalas. Mix well. Gently.

  4. 4

    Make sure it doesn't get mushy

  5. 5

    Assemble on the tortilla wrap. Add salad & fold

  6. 6

    Serve with salad
