Ingredients

  1. 1 - 1/2 cup multi grain flour, extra for rolling
  2. 3/4 cupsoaked chia seeds
  3. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  4. 1 tspfennel seeds
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1 tspcarrom seeds
  7. 1 tspflax seeds
  8. 1green chilli nicely chopped
  9. 1red chilli nicely chopped
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 tbspfresh corriender chopped
  13. 2 tbspgreen garlic chopped
  14. 2 tbspand 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil for greasing and kneading

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the seeds till crunchy, when done coarsaly crushed it after cool and keep aside

  2. 2

    Mix chopped green, red chilli, chopped green garlic and corriender and mix well

  3. 3

    Take flour, soaked chia seeds, turmeric powder, salt and 1 tbsp olive oil

  4. 4

    Now add roasted coarsely crushed seeds and chilli and garlic mixture in flour mixture and knead soft dough

  5. 5

    When done cover it and keep aside for 8 to 10 minutes to set

  6. 6

    Now make equal size small balls of all dough

  7. 7

    Roll the chapati of ball and transfer on hot tawa to cook, grease it with extra virgin olive oil

  8. 8

    When one side done flip it, grease oil and cook it

  9. 9

    Make chapati of all balls and cook

  10. 10

    Now "Chia Seeds and Green Garlic Achaari Paratha" is ready to serve, for more taste serve hot with cooked vegetables.
