Roast the seeds till crunchy, when done coarsaly crushed it after cool and keep aside

Mix chopped green, red chilli, chopped green garlic and corriender and mix well

Take flour, soaked chia seeds, turmeric powder, salt and 1 tbsp olive oil

Now add roasted coarsely crushed seeds and chilli and garlic mixture in flour mixture and knead soft dough

When done cover it and keep aside for 8 to 10 minutes to set

Now make equal size small balls of all dough

Roll the chapati of ball and transfer on hot tawa to cook, grease it with extra virgin olive oil

When one side done flip it, grease oil and cook it

Make chapati of all balls and cook

Now "Chia Seeds and Green Garlic Achaari Paratha" is ready to serve, for more taste serve hot with cooked vegetables.
