Steps

First of all take a pan, put on the gas flame, at medium flame put butter here then add kasmiri red chilli, than cinnamon then chopped onions. Cook till brown than add one table spoon of chopped garlic.

One cup of chopped tomato, cover it 4-5 minutes, than add soaked chashew nuts, mix well then cook.

After than keep out this mixture, put into grinder and make paste. After then again take same pan put one or two table spoon of butter and pour this paste.

Than add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and half glass of water, cover it upto 2-3 minutes, for cooking.

Then add 250 gram of paneer cubes, garam masala and Kasori methi.

Now put two tables spoon of oil in the small pan and pour chopped garlic for frying over it. And garnishing with chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
