Ingredients

  • 200 gPuffed Rice
  • 2Chopped onion
  • 1Chopped tomato
  • 1Chopped carrot
  • 1Chopped capsicum
  • as neededChopped beans
  • As neededChopped coriander leaves for garnishing
  • To tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 2.pinchBlack pepper powder
  • 1/2 TspTurmeric powder
  • Squeezed lemon to add flavour
  • 1 tspMistar seeds
  • 1 sprigCurry leaves
  • As neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the dry chiwda properly.

  2. 2

    Put the pan on flame and pour some oil in it.

  3. 3

    Add curry patta and mustard seeds in oil. Let it cook for 30 sec.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion and cook it for 1 min. Then add all the chopped vegetables in the pan and cook it till it gets halfcooked.

  5. 5

    Now add all the spices according to your taste. Cook for 30 seconds. Then add washed chiwda in the pan.

  6. 6

    Mix all the things properly. Now pour some squeezed lemon juice and mix it well.

  7. 7

    Your healthy poha is ready to serve and sprinkle some coriander leaves for garnishing.
