Ingredients

  • 2eggs to fry (shallow frying)
  • Groundnut oil
  • Halfonions
  • 2fresh pepper
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Beverage and bread to serve with

  1. 1

    Break the egg and mix in a bowl or curved plate

  2. 2

    Slice the onions and pepper

  3. 3

    Add little salt to taste

  4. 4

    Steam groundnut oil in frying pan while mixing the egg

  5. 5

    Carefully pour the mixed egg the frying

  6. 6

    Fry for 5-6mins

  7. 7

    Boil a cup of water in a kettle to make beverage

  8. 8

    Serve egg on a plate and breakfast is ready
