1small onion, chopped
1/2 stickbutter
33 oztomato soup
1 qthalf & half (or regular milk)
12 ozcream cheese (1 1/2 bricks)
16 ozcan diced tomatoes
16 ozcan stewed tomatoes
1 Tbgarlic powder
2 Tbdried basil
1 1/2 tspMorton's Nature's Seasoning
Mozzarella Cheese
Croutons

Saute onion in butter

In blender, combine soup, half & half, cream cheese, and tomatoes. Small amounts at a time.

Add mixture to onions in pot.

Add garlic powder, basil and Morton's Seasoning to pot.

Simmer 20-30 min

Optional - top with mozzarella and croutons for serving
